Casa vacanza da privato nelle vicinanze del centro di Bergamo nel quartiere storico di Pignolo,via d’accesso alla Città Alta.
E’ una abitazione storica risalente al 1600, situata al primo piano di un piccolo condominio decoroso, con dei soffitti affrescati risalenti al periodo ed erano le abitazioni di servizio dei conti Suardi.
L’abitazione è stata restaurata di recente e si è cercato di mantenere inalterato il suo carattere storico sia nelle finiture delle pareti (con finiture a spatolati di calce) e dei pavimenti (cornici in cementine ed interno in listoni di larice), con tutta l’impiantistica dei servizi rinnovata.
Si è cercato di dare una impronta di design tra il classico ed il moderno, così da valorizzare gli elementi storici preesistenti.
E’ un alloggio openspace di circa 65 mq, ma con la possibilità di essere usufruito contemporaneamente anche da due coppie di conoscenti; infatti è dotato di 2+2 posti letto matrimoniali, separati tra loro (uno in uno spazio chiudibile), giusto per garantire una buona privacy reciproca.
E’ dotata con una cucina attrezzata con bancone di lavoro (piano lavello una vasca e gocciolatoio, piano cottura ad induzione, tagliere in legno), forno a microonde, macchina caffè con cialde omaggio, bollitore, frullatore, set di servizio cucina combinato 30 pezzi in porcellana (6 piatti, 6 fondi, 6 ciotole, 6 tazzine e 6 piattini), set di posate 24 pezzi in acciaio inox, di un frigocongelatore inox da lt 250+95 e da un set apribottiglie.
Il soggiorno openspace è dotato di tavolo e 6 sedie, di comodi divani e poltrone, oltre ad una libreria con TV a schermo piatto da 32”con TVsat smartcard HD e di una radio+cd+cassette e contiene alcuni libri di storia sulle vicissitudini di Bergamo nel corso dei secoli. (Il proprietario architetto, sarà ben lieto di ragguagliare e dare indicazioni in merito).
Sopra il camino (disabilitato all’uso), è situata la caldaia a condensazione, chiusa in facciata da antone con caminiera specchio dorata.
Asciugamani e biancheria da letto sono disponibili nell’appartamento.
Posta in zona ingresso in apposito vano la lavatrice 7kg e accessori stiro e stendino panni.
Il bagno dispone di wc e doccetta bidet, piano lavello con cassettoni, phone; è dotato di un piatto doccia da 200×80 con colonna doccia con miscelatore termostatico.

La proprietà non accetta persone all’infuori della prenotazione senza autorizzazione.
Situato a Bergamo, a 700 m dall’Accademia Carrara e a 1,2 km dallo Stadio Gewiss, dal centro città percorrendo il borgo storico di Pignolo Bassa.
Tra i luoghi d’interesse nelle vicinanze dell’appartamento figurano: il Centro Congressi Bergamo, il Teatro Donizetti di Bergamo e la Cattedrale di Bergamo; in confine con l’abitazione sorge la chiesa di San Bernardino con una magnifica pala di Lorenzo Lotto e salendo per borgo Pignolo si raggiunge Città Alta con piazza Vecchia e la cappella Colleoni; a 6 km dall’Aeroporto Internazionale di Orio Al Serio, lo scalo più vicino.

Private holiday home near the center of Bergamo in the historic district of Pignolo,
gateway to the Upper Town.
It is a historic house dating back to the 1600s, located on the first floor of a small, decent condominium, with frescoed ceilings dating back to the period and were the service homes of the Suardi counts.
The house has been recently restored and an attempt has been made to keep its historic character unchanged both in the finishes of the walls (with lime spatula finishes) and of the floors (cement tile frames and larch plank interiors), with all the renewed service plant engineering.
An attempt has been made to give a design imprint between the classic and the modern, so as to enhance the pre-existing historical elements.
It is an open space accommodation of about 65 square meters, but with the possibility of being used simultaneously by two couples of acquaintances; in fact it is equipped with 2+2 double beds, separated from each other (one in a closable space), just to ensure good mutual privacy.
It is equipped with a kitchen equipped with a worktop (sink top with one bowl and drainer, induction hob, wooden chopping board), microwave oven, coffee machine with complimentary pods, kettle, blender, 30-piece combined kitchen service set porcelain (6 plates, 6 bowls, 6 bowls, 6 cups and 6 saucers), 24-piece cutlery set in stainless steel, a 250+95 liter stainless steel fridge-freezer and a bottle opener set.
The open space living room is equipped with a table and 6 chairs, comfortable sofas and armchairs, as well as a bookcase with a 32′ flat screen TV with HD smartcard satellite TV and a radio+CD+cassette and contains some history books on the vicissitudes of Bergamo over the centuries. (The owner, architect, will be happy to inform and give indications on the matter).
Above the fireplace (disabled for use), there is the condensing boiler, closed in the facade by an large door with a gilded mirror fireplace.
Towels and bed linen are available in the apartment.
The 7kg washing machine and ironing accessories and clothes horse are placed in a special compartment in the entrance area.
The bathroom has a toilet and bidet shower, sink top with drawers, phone; it is equipped with a 200×80 shower tray with shower column with thermostatic mixer.

Located in Bergamo, 700 m from the Carrara Academy and 1.2 km from the Gewiss Stadium, from the city center along the historic village of Pignolo Bassa.
Places of interest near the apartment include: the Bergamo Congress Center, the Donizetti Theater of Bergamo and the Bergamo Cathedral; on the border with the house stands the church of San Bernardino with a magnificent altarpiece by Lorenzo Lotto and going up through Borgo Pignolo you reach the Upper Town with Piazza Vecchia and the Colleoni chapel; The nearest airport is Orio Al Serio International Airport, 6 km from the property.
